This site is operated by Johnston Ventures LLC ("we"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you send us in a quote request or email: name, phone, city, service and job details.
- Phone call details if you call our number: caller number, time, duration and, where you've been notified, a recording.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider logs automatically (such as IP address and browser type). We don't use advertising trackers.
How we use it
To pass your request to an independent local tree service provider, to confirm and measure referrals, and to respond to you. We share your request only with the provider we refer you to and with service providers that help us run the site and phone line.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded only after a recording notice, consistent with Florida §934.03.
Your choices
Email johnstonventuresllc@outlook.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. We don't sell personal information.
Changes
We'll post updates here with a new effective date.
