Polk County Tree Removal is a free referral service owned by Johnston Ventures LLC. We are not a tree service company and do not perform work. Calls and requests are connected to independent local tree service providers. Calls may be recorded; by calling you consent to recording.
No tree work by us
Providers we refer are independent businesses. They, not we, are responsible for their quotes, work, insurance, permits and conduct. Any agreement for tree work is between you and the provider.
Information on this site
Cost ranges and permit summaries are general information from cited sources, not quotes or legal advice. Confirm permit requirements with your local government.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Johnston Ventures LLC is not liable for damages arising from services performed by independent providers or from reliance on information on this site.
